ISAIAH 117
Isaiah house 117 is changing the way foster care begins by providing physical and
emotional support in a safe and loving home for children awaiting placement.
The ministry’s mission is threefold:
Reduce trauma for children awaiting placement, lighten the load for child welfare services, and ease the transition for foster families. Instead of waiting in the office of local child services, (which can vary from a few hours to several days) a home is provided and staffed with volunteers.
They provide clothes, toys, snugly blankets, and smiles to the children
who usually arrive with no or very little personal belongings.
